Effective on September 3,2003 the monthly meetings of our Association will be held in Heroes Hall at the Branchville Volunteer Fire Department, 4905 Branchville Road, College Park, Maryland 20740, Phone (301) 474-1550.

Heroes Hall is located on the 2nd Floor of the Fire House and will accommodate up to 350 people comfortably, with tables and chairs and a sound system. The two meetings a year, October and May where we cook dinner, should be no problem as it also has a very large kitchen with all of the necessary equipment.

I want to thank our members, Sam Doyle and Charlie Haines for their assistance in securing this location.

The meeting times will remain the same, 7:30 PM, the first Wednesday of the following months September, November, December, January, February ,March, and April. The meetings for May and October will start at 6:00 P.M.

Directions to the Fire House are as follows: From the Capital Beltway take the US-1 Baltimore Blvd exit, exit number 25B-A towards College Park/Laurel, keep right at the fork in the ramp, merge onto Baltimore Avenue/US 1, south approximately 1.22 miles, turn left onto Greenbelt Road, turn left on 49th Avenue, and the parking lot of the fire house is on your left. For those members who are unable to use the stairs there is an elevator available. We hope that this location will be satisfactory for all concerned, as the Riverdale location was just too small after the remodeling had been done.
